Beyond the Basics: Aided cortical testing

Aided cortical evoked potential testing is a valuable tool for assessing patients' access to speech sounds via their hearing instruments, particularly for those patients who are unable to perform behavioral testing. This course will explore the interpretation of a set of aided cortical waveforms, testing strategy for each individual patient and hearing aid management options, as well as exploring how to use this test for more complex patient cohorts such as cochlear implant patients and those with auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder.

Presented by: Amanda Goodhew, Audiologist and International Clinical Trainer at the Interacoustics Academy.

The course is free of charge and you will receive a certificate upon completion. We are working toward points accreditation with various governing bodies around the world, including the American Academy of Audiology.

Note: Once you have signed up to the course, you will be re-directed to the course and an email with your course access link will also be sent to your inbox.
