Audiometry for Beginners

This course will cover the topics of Audiometry, Loudness and Masking. Understand the scientific background of pure tone audiometry and how it can be used to measure hearing thresholds. Explore the concept of masking and its relation to the motion of the basilar membrane within the inner ear. Understand the definition and description of loudness and the psychoacoustics of the loudness curve.
